Q： Thefollowing does not belong to the scope of warranty service. 1.Any commodity not sold by wussa. 
2.Man-made damage to outer parts of the watch (case, glass, watch crown, belt andappearance fixing parts, etc);

3.Any damage to any part of the watch due to abnormal use, abuse, carelessness,fault, accident (impact, knock, squeezing, surface damage and others), incorrectuse, non compliance with instructions provided to the watch.

4.Watches dismantled by any unauthorized personnel (such as exchange of battery,provisions of maintenance service and repair) or watches with changed originalstate out of the control of wussa brand. 

5.Normalwearing and aging(such as surface scratching, color change and/or change ofwatch belt or chain of non metal materials such as leather, fiber andrubber); 

6.Damage to the watch caused by fire or other natural disasters and forcemajeure; 

7. Servicelife of the battery (for example: if the customer purchases a quartz watch, thebattery at the time of purchase is used for inspecting the operation andperformance of the element. As the watch is installed with a battery at thetime of assembly, the service life of the battery inside the watch may beshorter than that introduced in the instructions.

Use of function

F：What should be paid attention to for adjustment of calendar?

Q：Dependingon the watch models, the time forbidden zone for calendar adjustment is alsodifferent. Don’t adjust the date on the watch between 8 o’clock in the eveningand 4 o’clock in the next morning (special watch not included) to avoid damageand incorrect skip of the calendar. 

Maintenance of watch belts

F：daily maintenance of leather belt?

Q： Theleather watch belt made of soft materials requires more cares from you. Inorder to make the watch belt endurable, we suggest: 1)Avoid contact with moisture or dampness to prevent color change or deformation.

2)Avoid exposure to sunlight for a long time to prevent color fading. 

3)As it is easy to penetrate into the leather, avoid contacting with greasysubstances or cosmetics. 

Waterproof knowledge

F：Can I swim with my watch?

Q： Different watches are provided with waterproof level. So they have different functions. We provide three waterproof levels to our watches.

1) Waterprooflevel Ⅰ: the watches with waterproof performance of 30 meters/100 feet or 50meters/165 feet can only resist water drop and rainwater.

2)Waterproof level Ⅱ: the watches with waterproof performance of 100 meters/330feet or 200 meters/660 feet can resist water drop and rainwater and allowswimming in shallow water. 

3)Waterproof level Ⅲ: the watches with waterproof performance of 300 meters/1000feet may allow free dive or water sports with it. So, whether you can swim withthe watch depends on your water level. 

Maintenance of mechanism

F：How long is the service life of battery of a quartz watch?

Q：Depending on different models of the watches, the service life of battery is different from 12 to 42 months. The additional functions provided to the quartz watches will consume the electric power. As a result, this will shorten the service life of the battery.

F：If the quartz watch is not worn for a long time, should be the battery taken out?

Q：If the quartz watch is worth of collection for the customers. The customers are suggested to take the watch to the authorized service point and take out the battery and have their watch examined for waterproof and sealing performance.

F：Can the battery be changed by the wearer?

Q：Whenthe watch’s battery is changed, it is necessary to perform waterproof treatmentat the same time. The waterproof function will not be guaranteed if the batteryis changed by the wearer. If you need to change the battery, you are suggestedto return the watch to us for exchange and treatment. 

F：Will the quartz watch be magnetized?

Q：Yes, it will. Please avoid approaching to a magnetic field such placement of it beside the electric appliance producing magnetic field (such as sounds, refrigerators and computers, etc) and magnetic objects (magnets and mobile phones). In addition, the magnetic snap on lady’s handbags and that on men’s cell cases may magnetize the watch, which will cause the watch to keep bad time or stop temporarily.
